1. Overview
SloppyXBaby is a product of Coach Hype LLC, United States. SloppyXBaby provides agent-agnostic scaffolding tools for software builders. By using our services or purchasing products, you agree to these terms. SloppyXBaby is the storefront for the Antidote Kit.
2. Builder License
The Builder License grants you personal, non-transferable access to the SloppyXBaby scaffolding system at the tier you purchased — the Essential Scaffold or the Professional Kit (together, the "Antidote Kit") — and related tools. You may use these materials in your own projects but may not redistribute them as standalone products.
3. Refunds
Every purchase includes a 30-day money-back guarantee, as stated on our pricing page and in our fulfillment emails: if the product does not meet the standard described there, email hello@sloppyxbaby.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, all sales are final except where a refund is required by law. If you experience technical issues at any point, contact us and we will work to resolve them.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, and materials provided by SloppyXBaby are the intellectual property of the creator. The Antidote Kit is licensed for your personal use in your own projects. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the kit or its components.
5. Limitation of Liability
SloppyXBaby is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our tools or services.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes will be subject to the state or federal courts located in Georgia, United States. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
